Race Update 5 - Course Outline

Less than a week to go !  The following notes and course outline will be helpful for your preparation next weekend. Please read carefully and make sure your team read.

As you know conditions have been extremely hot and it will therefore be very important to keep yourselves well hydrated during the event. We will be providing each team with 20 litres of water (4 x 5 litre containers) at registration.

The following is a course outline for each event. As you will notice a number of stages have optional checkpoints designed for the quicker teams to retrieve.

We would also ask that all teams use plenty of reflective tape on your backpacks, relevant clothing and on your bikes to improve your visibility on the roads.
